On 10th and 12th September Sungi distributed 300 aqua boxes donated by Feed the Children UK in Basti Sidique, UC Noorpur Machiwala, District Rajanpur. Earlier Sungi with the help of volunteer from Saya Foundation (an organization in Rajanpur) had identified the community by visiting each location where families had taken shelter (some under a tree, or a charpoi, or a make shift canvas roof, or a room that was still standing). A detailed assessment form was filled with information about family members and their priority needs. Whether they had received any aid or not etc. The location, date and time for distribution is given to the assessed family and the head of household is requested to come.
