Objectives:
To provide non-food items and winterized shelters to flood affected
people.
Project highlights:

Survey team completed verification survey of 515 households, approved
shelters and registered with UN clusters in initial two months.

Project staff developed distribution plan of shelters and non-food
items.

35 village committees have participated in relief operation and
delivered shelters via helicopters/vehicles to targeted villages.

Shelters were provided to flood affected communities to survive harsh
winter;
-
Distribution took place before snow fall and benefited vulnerable
households.
Key Challenges:
Frequents changes in landing zones, delayed flights, heavy continuous snowfall,
poor and flood damaged access and remote villages.
